Indoor Winter training will start November 6th at Heat Sports located at 925 Lincoln Ave, Holbrook, NY 11741

Spring practices will start in April at Hallock Park (Pat-Med Football/Lacrosse Complex)

All 4 Spring/ Summer 2024 Tournaments are going to be local on Long Island.
